The Prime Minister shall inform the President on the following matters:-
(a) Decision of the Council of Ministers,
(b) Bills to be introduced in the Federal Parliament,
(c) any other necessary particulars as may be required by the President on the matters referred to in clauses (a) and (b),
(d) Nepal's current situation and foreign relations issues,
(e) Treaties, agreements, understandings,
with foreign states or governments (f) Annual Statement of Income-Expenditure (Budget) of the Government of Nepal (g) Major topics related to peace and security of the country (h) The annual policy and program to be submitted by the Government of Nepal to the Legislature-Parliament,
(i) Matters related to decisions made on the recommendation of the National Security Council.
